They are great. The staff are sweet and you can go back with your kids (I had problems with that at another office).
We had an appointment with these guys for our 4 year old. They said only 1 person can come inside with our child. We also have a 7 month old. They told us the 7 month old couldn't come in. she was rude and suggested we hurried up to find a babysitter and they would hold our appointment. After we told her we couldn't find a baby sitter to watch our 7 month old, she suggested we send our 4 year old in by herself....... I’ve heard nightmare stories about this place!!!! Do not go!!!
I highly recommend Pediatric Dentistry East. I had to bring my twin nieces and nephew to their appointment two weeks ago and the ladies were so nice. Their mother came a little bit after we got to the appointment and the workers were so nice and allowed me and their mother to switch out when she arrived. The mother stayed outside until I came out. The hygienist watched the children while we switched and there were no concerns with them being safe.
The staff at Pediatric Dentistry East always makes us feel right at home. Dr. Bowman loves her patients and it is evident in how she treats my boys. The staff is amazing even with all of the guidelines through Covid-19! I would highly recommend this place.
