Frustrated mother Took my 4 year old son in for his first dentist appointment last month to Dr Rod Emory. He sat quietly thru the cleaning, brushing, flossing, flouride treatement and xrays. Then Dr Emory came in, spent 3-5 minutes in his company and told me that he had 5 cavities in his molars, and it was virtually impossible for him to treat them with local anesthetic because he was "too wriggly".
