The staff and dentist are amazing. I love the dentist showed and let my son feel all the tools that would bee used on him. They took there time and talked him through all of it.
I thought the experience itself was normal. I will always complain about appointment times. My sons appt was at 8:15a. I get there before 8a and check in and were the only ones in the lobby waiting until about 8:10a. 3 different other appointments came after us and they were all called before us. We also had to then wait about 30 or so minutes from tech to dentist as the dentist saw everyone before us. The dentist herself was very kind upon arrival she was very informative and understanding.
