I had a wonderful experience with my infant son who needed frenectomy procedures. The office is beautiful and all staff were warm and welcoming. Upon entering the office, there was a sign with my son‘s name on it, welcoming him to the office for his first visit. Dr Katie was very kind, educational and reassuring. After his procedure, we spent time in a very well equipped and comfortable nursing room which was a nice feature. Communication throughout scheduling and follow up was also great. Highly recommend this office!
Had a great experience with our daughter at 6 months old had tongue/buccal/lip ties and had a hard time breastfeeding. After it seemed to help a lot!
The sweetest staff! Always so willing to go above and beyond to make your kiddo feel safe, and so knowledgeable.
Our experience at this office was outstanding, we came in with hesitation because of my daughters unwillingness to stay still. After being seen at 2 other offices, she had her first cleaning appointment and it went great. Her hygienist was very upbeat, knowledgeable and made her comfortable throughout the entire experience. I would recommend this office to anyone who has reservations.
We have now taken both of our children to Pediatric Dental Specialists of West MI for oral tie releases. Both times we had very positive experiences and we are thankful for the staff and their care. We would definitely recommend this office for oral tie release!
