The staff at Pediatric Dental Specialists were incredibly helpful getting our newborn’s tongue tie cut. He was rapidly losing weight from being unable to latch after birth. They got us scheduled the same day and were very compassionate. Staff went over stretching procedures and took the time to answer all of our questions. They scheduled us for 4 follow up appointments at no cost to check on our son’s healing process and make sure the tie didn’t reattach.
They were really helpful I have a daughter on the spectrum n they knew what to do n how to handle my child I would highly recommend
I’d give 10 stars if it would let me! The staff were all so kind and great with my daughter at her very first ever dental visit. We got my son scheduled for his first visit while there too! I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else now that we’ve been there! Bonus- they have a fun play area while the kids wait!
Dr. Katie was so helpful with my son’s tongue and lip tie! The whole team was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!
They were wonderful!!! It’s not always fun to have to go in to the dentist but they made the experience very positive for my little ones. My daughter had to go in twice, first for a dental surgery and the second to have a couple baby teeth pulled and each time they were great and so caring. She couldn’t wait to show me which ones were pulled and her cute pink wand and popsicle that she got for being such a big girl. Thank you for taking such good care of my little ones teeth!!
