The staff, including the doctor, was patient with our young kids. They were gentle and made the visit as easy as possible. Our kids loved the lobby and game room, as a bonus!
Wonderful doctors that really take wonderful care of their patients. Our whole family will not go anywhere else!
Paid $1,500 upfront for braces with an estimated 9-12 month treatment plan, and in return got 2.5 years of stalling, insurance runarounds, and rude staff who even yanked my daughter out of the chair mid-appointment so they could argue billing. Their “treatment plan” ended with them offering a stainless-steel crown for a college student. Look elsewhere if you value your time and sanity.
