We take both of our girls here and have 0 complaints. Dr. Strange and the hygienist are both nice and respectful. We have experienced the issues that others have mentioned about the front desk. They have been easy to contact and schedule.
Callie Is a real gem!! If you like to be disrespected and made to feel extremely uncomfortable then this is the place for you! I’ve been bringing my girls here for years and never had a single issue until she came into the office. Dr. Strange is a great doctor and it’s a shame that he has someone like her who is the first contact with his patients. The receptionist, Callie, was awful and really rude to me when I tried to ask questions and get some information on dental emergencies. She straight up hung up on me, twice, and I'm no Karen, i was even tempered and nice, I just wanted some questions answered about my childs dental emergency. As someone who works in customer service myself (for almost 20 years), I was appalled at her behavior. I don't know if she was having a bad day but it is ridiculous to act the way she did.
