Will be pulling my kid from here! Unfriendly staff, condescending, make everything difficult, give you wrong information! Would not recommend!
Kids don’t like going to the dentist but this place has done a great job of making the experience fun and comfortable for kids. It feels like walking into a theme park or the facade of ride in an old western town. The staff is friendly and the hygienists and dentist are great with the kids.
I had a bad experience yesterday with my 2.5 year old. My issue was with the condescending hygienist. She was visibly frustrated that my toddler wasn’t sitting still and kept blaming her “anxiety” on our brushing routine at home. She kept telling my daughter about the toys at the end of the appt but then said oh well I didn’t get to finish implying she shouldn’t get a toy. We transferred here from another dental group a few years ago. The dental team has been very kind, patient, and gentle with both do my kids. I also really love how they have in house Orthodontist and anesthesia team if you need it.
We’ve had a fantastic experience with Dr. Justin Cathers at Pediatric Dental Group of Arvada! He is incredibly patient, professional, and great with kids. My daughters feel comfortable and even excited about their dental visits, which speaks volumes about his approach. The office is clean, welcoming, and the entire staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Dr. Cathers to any family looking for a trustworthy and compassionate pediatric dentist!
