I brought my 1-year-old son here for his first dental appointment and the staff and Dr. Underwood were very helpful and friendly! I wasn't sure what to expect as it was his first ever appointment but they were extremely understanding and patient which was the relief. Will definitely be back!!

I have been going to this location over the past 7 years I used to love this place when Dr Strange was there. Since then it has not been the same. I have had a couple of unfortunate encounters lately that I am very disappointed and annoyed by. Last week I had an appointment with Dr Ashley and let me tell you I will never be back again! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Took my son in because he was having a toothache all they did was brush it off and said to keep the area clean. Later that day my son still continues to cry and complain about his toothache I decided to take him to another dentist on the same day and come to find out he had a tooth abscess and had to get antibiotics prescribed immediately. Situation like this shouldn’t be brushed off knowing how serious a tooth abscess can be to anyone specially young kids.

Please work on the customer service. I was on the phone with a lady by the name of Gloria and she was very rude and not helpful. Was planning to switch my daughter over to them, but I won’t be coming here anymore.
