We've been going here since my kids were 2(now 15 and17) we went for the 6 mo cleaning today. We were struck by the chaotic nature of the staff . Loud voices, confusion. **we've never had this experience before. Of note none of the staff were familiar and the regular doctor was not there either... We were told no X-rays and then got x rays. There was an extra person who kept wandering in and out of the X-ray room(no introductions were made ) and he interacted with my kids actually touching one all over his face! I brought my 1-year-old son here for his first dental appointment and the staff and Dr. Underwood were very helpful and friendly! I wasn't sure what to expect as it was his first ever appointment but they were extremely understanding and patient which was the relief. Will definitely be back!!

We couldn’t be more grateful to have found PDG! We see Dr. Ashley and she is great. The whole team at the office is incredible. I have been going to this location over the past 7 years I used to love this place when Dr Strange was there. Since then it has not been the same. I have had a couple of unfortunate encounters lately that I am very disappointed and annoyed by. Last week I had an appointment with Dr Ashley and let me tell you I will never be back again! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Took my son in because he was having a toothache all they did was brush it off and said to keep the area clean. Later that day my son still continues to cry and complain about his toothache I decided to take him to another dentist on the same day and come to find out he had a tooth abscess and had to get antibiotics prescribed immediately. Situation like this shouldn’t be brushed off knowing how serious a tooth abscess can be to anyone specially young kids.
