The dentist is amazing, the front office staff is lacking.
We were told there’s a 10-minute cutoff policy, but it was not communicated in any text or email beforehand. That lack of transparency was frustrating.
Couldn't have asked for a better first experience for my twins
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cruise and his team. My daughter needed a cavity filled, and after a not so great experience with her regular dentist, we were nervous. Thankfully, Dr. Cruise was incredibly patient and kind. His entire staff was calming and reassuring, which made a big difference.
