If I could give no stars I would.. most of the people here are so rude(besides the dentist himself) and discuss financial matters at the front desk in front of everyone in the office. And if you dont go along with what they want with your money they sit there and hound you needless to say after 10 years of taking my children there we have changed dentist and when the new dentist ask why and where we were coming from I explained the situation and they said they are also rude to them 🫠
Couldn’t ask for a better dentist for the kiddos always making sure they are happy and comfortable definitely recommend for anyone
The dentist is amazing, the front office staff is lacking.
We were told there’s a 10-minute cutoff policy, but it was not communicated in any text or email beforehand. That lack of transparency was frustrating.
