THE OFFICE DOESN'T MAKE THE APPOINTMENTS. They sub it out to a call center. This is a bad practice as it doesn't allow the office to catch any changes to the patients chart, or update things like insurance coverages and authorization forms. Then because of their own business practices failing to catch these things they refuse to see your child and act like its on us the time that it takes to be resolved. This Friday was truly an unfortunate experience for me when we saw Dr. Potashnikova. I honestly don’t think she is a good fit for working with pediatric patients. My child will be 4 years old in just three months, and our family has several children who have been seen by doctors here before. My child is not shy or difficult to work with. I understand that young children can sometimes be nervous or need a little extra time to cooperate. A simple smile, a little patience, or trying again a second time can make a big difference... read more
