By far the worst place neglected the patient. They only care to charge for the visits and send the patient back home with the same problems . I would love for Medicaid to check on the claims you file for just 5 min visits to be charge for big amount. This is ridiculous my child is in pain and this should have been taken care off since October’s . Don’t take you kids here they only care to charge your insurance.
No stars. I took my 1 year old son back after I had already left from there thinking they would send me to the dentist next to children’s hospital. Not this knock off. My first experience they tried to make me sign a consent form saying there would be scrapes and bruises on my one year old son from the straps they would be using to hold him down. I called to schedule an appointment for my special needs son, lady who took call Was screaming and i felt she was being racist. Really bad person scheduling for a surgery.
If I give zero stars I would! We drove 6 hours for an appointment to be told they didn't do the procedure we needed. Our local dentist sent a letter to them several months in advance explaining what we needed done ( they admitted to having the letter in her file) they definitely do not look at or review things before a visit. Do not recommend
