No stars. I took my 1 year old son back after I had already left from there thinking they would send me to the dentist next to children’s hospital. Not this knock off. My first experience they tried to make me sign a consent form saying there would be scrapes and bruises on my one year old son from the straps they would be using to hold him down. I called to schedule an appointment for my special needs son, lady who took call Was screaming and i felt she was being racist. Really bad person scheduling for a surgery.
If I give zero stars I would! We drove 6 hours for an appointment to be told they didn't do the procedure we needed. Our local dentist sent a letter to them several months in advance explaining what we needed done ( they admitted to having the letter in her file) they definitely do not look at or review things before a visit. Do not recommend
Simply terrible. Everything bad the other reviews say is true. It takes months to get an appointment, they might cancel on you, you can't reschedule if you need to, you'll never see the same dentist twice, they're not especially great with kids, and most importantly, they have absolutely no idea what they're doing administratively. It's like they asked a random high school kid to take over the front desk as their first job and the result is as you would expect.
