Extremely poor customer service. – Worst customer service ever. Phone was constantly busy on a business day, making it impossible for someone with a dental emergency to get through. Took the staff 20 MINUTES to make an appointment when I finally got through on the phone. Receptionist was extremely rude.
Worst Dentist Office Ever! – Canceled one appointment with 1 hours notice, that's insane. They require 24 hours notice for YOU to cancel or you pay $25! They overcharged me more than my prepaid insurance, had to have that corrected. They had me drive 35 miles (each way) to an appointment then wouldn't do anything because they couldn't find my xrays or referral (it's inhouse!). Then to top it off I cancel all my appointments and find a new office and they didn't cancel them at all and sent me a letter about my missed appointm... read more
