Just terrible
Great dentist for special needs . I absolutely love this dental office. The front desk was super nice, kind and respectful as well as the provider was very knowledgeable. Understanding of the child’s needs the ladies that did a dental cleaning were so outstanding. The hygienist they were so efficient cleaning, as well as mindful of the child’s needs and at the same time they were patient with her. The office was very clean. I highly recommended if you have a special-needs kid or any kid ! I loved the care we received.
Absolute negligence and mistreatment. A traumatic experience. I took my one-year-old baby to see this dentist because of cavities in his upper front teeth. Right from the check-up, I noticed that the doctor (an elderly man) had shaky hands while handling his instruments. He assured me that neither sedation nor nitrous oxide was necessary because he worked "quickly." The procedure was a complete nightmare. Efficient, professional, and super friendly and kind. We had a dental emergency while on vacation in Tampa and the Pediatric Dental Center made it so simple and stress-free to navigate. They got us an appointment quickly, and got us seen and taken care of quickly. The entire staff was so nice and comforting. This would definitely be our home dentist if we lived in the area.
I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO STAR! I HAVE AN EXTENSIVE DENTAL BACKGROUND. THIS OFFICE THINKS It’s okay to lie to the parent about how things are going behind closed doors!!! THIS MONSTER WAS YELLING AT MY DAUGHTER AND FORCING HER TO GET TREATMENT DONE AFTER REQUESTING HER PARENT.
