I brought my 3 year old son here for his first dental visit because he was having sensitivity. They have a cute kid area with like video games/touch screen games for kids. Everyone from the from desk staff to the dentist were incredibly nice and so good with my son. I then scheduled my 4 year old daughter for her first appt and had a great visit as well. Rescheduled 6 month visits for both.
Staff is amazing and super helpful, the dentists are great. Had a kiddo with dental emergency that got us in for consultation next day and was able to get treatment right after consultation. Might not always work that way, but if the staff is aware of the need they made it work for us. It also only took them like less than 20 mins to get it all done. Only downside is price, but thats all dental work.
Dr. Hobbs and Pediatric Dental Associates are absolutely amazing! I am a dentist myself and worked in the Fort Wayne area for over 6 years. I would always send my pediatric referrals to Dr. Hobbs. Patients always returned happy and the quality of his dental work was excellent. We have since moved away but when my little boy needed the hands of a pediatric dental specialist we flew back for Dr. Hobbs to take care of him. I highly recommend Dr. Hobbs and Pediatric Dental Associates to anyone.
Dr. Gentz is wonderful, she is such a calm and positive presence, which helped my daughter feel comfortable at the dentist. It is beyond worth it to bring your kiddos to a pediatric dentist :)
Front desk is very rude and unprofessional!! They hung up the phone on us like a mad teenager would do. Also, they don't let parents come back with their children while they are being treated. I am not a fan of that at all. There is no reason why I shouldn't be allowed to be with my young child. I can't understand this policy and they don't have a clear reason for doing this to parents.
