The results of my evaluation were very delayed. Communication could have been more transparent.
Cant recommend based on business practices. Withheld a previous employee's salary, threatens to impose penalties over the heads of previous employee based on illegitimate contractual language, refuses to give back material possessions after separation of employment. Does what she wants when she wants, yet has rigid standards for employees. Ongoing pattern of behavior of clinician owner with her employees, many leave on poor terms. Not how things should work, but hey you're doing great!

Dr. Johnson is a lifesaver...she was highly professional and helped my family navigate the most difficult, challenging obstacles. She was responsive, available on an emergency basis, and so incredibly helpful. My children adore her, and her efforts have truly had a long-lasting impact.
