It’s very disappointing to have to write this review because my son has been a patient of Dr.Azaret for 8 years and he is truly a phenomenal and caring doctor. Ever since he sold his practice it has become an assembly line. They overbook every single day and even if you have an appointment you will end up waiting for well over an hour. I am very disappointed with the service at this clinic. The customer service, especially from the assistants, has become extremely poor. When I call to request a referral, they tell me they will call me back or send it by email, but they never follow through. In addition, every time we bring our baby for an appointment, we have to wait a very long time, even when the clinic is nearly empty.
