Call Waited 3hrs 4mins... If you have work to do, this is not your ideal care supplier. They'll hurt you and your loved ones beyond what you are already dealing with.

The reason for my one star My phone calls can't go through the wait time on the phone is ridiculous when you do talk to someone they are rude They tell you leave a voice message they will call you back the call never does return call how many days ago no return call,

The communication from thrive to patient is TERRIBLE! And good luck actually getting supplies from them as well. Every month they have excuse after excuse. Take your business to a DME company who will actually do their job.

I really wanted to give Thrive a chance because I had worked with some very competent representatives when my daughter was discharged from the hospital. But I regretfully must share that the service since then has been subpar. The app is very ineffective. When I order supplies, no one communicates with me when an item will arrive if it’s on back order. I don’t have an issue with supply shortages, but I don’t appreciate the lack of communication. Communication is awful. My daughters milk is always on back order. I never find out until weeks later when her order should have been delivered. They never reply to your messages on the app which is supposed to be convenient for us to communicate with them but they never reply. It’s been three weeks and my daughters order is still not here.
