I cannot say enough good things about this clinic! We have been coming here with all 3 of my children (transferred from a larger practice that treated us as a number). Starting with the front desk staff- these ladies are wonderful! I know when I get Beth on the line that we will get an appointment as soon as possible. I have 2 children (ages 8 months & 3) and we love this office. Truly the best providers and nurses even the ladies at the front when you walk in always greet you with a smile and always so helpful. We see provider Catherine Rains she is a true gem. She has always listened to my concerns and wants for my kids, always taking the extra steps. Absolutely unacceptable experience. We were attempting to establish care for our newborn, which the hospital requires before discharge, and instead of being treated with professionalism or basic respect, we were met with hostility and condescension from the receptionist. The moment vaccines were mentioned, I explained that we are not following the full vaccine schedule and wanted to discuss options. Dr. Peters and her team are truly amazing. We've been seeing them since 2021, and it's always been a wonderful experience. With a 6-year-old and a 2-year-old, it’s important to have a team that’s both fast and caring, and they exceed expectations every time. The staff is always so gentle and attentive with the kids, making sure they're comfortable and happy. Highly recommend Dr. Peters and her team to any parent!
