Jina Callahan so busy trolling, she lacks reading comprehension. You got a lot to say for someone who wasn't there. WE didn't wait three weeks to take our son to the doctor. He got an ear infection right before his "scheduled" appointment at Fort Eustis and we planned to follow up with his pediatrician about the incident/results. I waited three weeks for my son's well-baby with Dr. McCain-Johnson, only to find out my appointment was cancelled. The receptionist accused me of cancelling my own appointment. She did not have any information or details on the cancellation but continued to accuse me of the cancellation. Why would I take off work and drive 40 minutes to an appointment I cancelled? Not too sure why the previous person to review waited 3 weeks for her kids ear infection. She should have went to urgent care. Anyway, my children have been coming here for 3 years. We see Ms Alexander and she’s excellent, thorough, and makes my kids feel comfortable. My youngest has had allergy issues and Dr Mack went above and beyond to make sure he had testing completed and documented. This clinic is organized and clean.
