I really appreciate Rudy, the manager, taking the time to call us personally to hear our concerns. It meant a lot that he wanted to understand our experience and help address the situation. He also let us know that Dr. Rey was in, so we decided to come in and see him. Dr. Rey was wonderful with our daughter. He evaluated her very thoroughly and was so gentle, patient, and kind with her. The staff is always very kind, polite, and welcoming. We have had a great experience with them. My only concern is Dr. Rey availability. We chose this location because we were told he would be here Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and we wanted our daughter to be seen by him occasionally. This is now our third week trying to see him, and each time we are told he will be there, but then it changes last minute. Dr Roberto is so great, great with kids and takes every patient seriously. I’ve been coming here since my baby was born he’s now 2 and I can honestly say there the best in the valley.
Switched kids over and not disapointed, Communication makes everything work.
