Amazing Doctor
I have been calling about my baby’s referral and have been told that they will call me with an appointment, but they never did. I had to call again, and I was placed on hold for 30 minutes before I decided they weren’t going to answer.
I really appreciate Rudy, the manager, taking the time to call us personally to hear our concerns. It meant a lot that he wanted to understand our experience and help address the situation. He also let us know that Dr. Rey was in, so we decided to come in and see him. Dr. Rey was wonderful with our daughter. He evaluated her very thoroughly and was so gentle, patient, and kind with her.
