Dr Sarko is excellent! He's been the best pediatrician to our family (and our two boys) since we moved to Boulder 6 yrs ago. He is extremely thorough, compassionate, analytical, a great communicator (and listener!), and is always up on the latest research and approaches. Cant recommend him enough. And....we just adore his nurse, Julia.
I love the nurses and doctors but one thing that they need to fix is their phone staff. Whenever i call for questions or to make an appointment, it’s always the same receptionist and she’s outrageously rude and demanding. She’ll ask me what I’m calling for and when i begin to tell her, she cuts me off and demands a birthdate. If this happened once then ok maybe it was not a good day, but this horrible experience happens every time I call.
Good doctors, terrible phone staff, impossible to get an appointment when needed.
Front desk receptionists who schedules appointments are rude and not at al courteous.
Dr Sarko is awesome. We have gone to him since our 4 year old was born. He always takes the time to listen to questions and explain everything patiently and thoroughly. The rooms have fun themes, and the nurse, Julie, is so good at giving shots that our kids never cry. Highly recommend, and so happy we found him.
