Took my child in for a sick appointment. We love Dr. C, but the issue i had was with the checkout lady who kept insisting i had $20 balance to pay, even though I told her I just paid it online during check in. She kept asking if I want to take care of it right now. I told her I already did. She said that was my copay, not my balance. Have lived in 3 new states in 3 years due to federal work. I'm experienced in finding medical care and have never encountered such rude and ignorant receptionists in my life. The young woman (who is new) was helpful, polite and kind but her coworker Leslie is something else. I should have read the reviews prior to calling. Simply trying to get an appointment scheduled for my kid when we got our new insurance info. We’ve been taking our son to the Pediatric Center since the beginning of this year when our infant son was born. NP Brittany Hoke has always been excellent with our every visit. As new parents, there has been a steep learning curve for both of us (lots to learn!) but she always takes patience and kindness to explain everything.
