Extremely disappointing experience. I scheduled an online appointment three days in advance for my son and it was confirmed, so I adjusted my plans accordingly. On the day of the appointment, I received a message saying there was no availability. This completely defeats the purpose of online scheduling. Very unreliable service and a frustrating experience overall.
have taken my daughter here since she was a baby, and she is now 11 years old. I am so thankful for a clinic that makes it easy to get in for sick visits. Sometimes there may be a longer wait, but that’s the tradeoff for having quick access to care when you need it most, and it’s absolutely worth it. Dr. Gittens is my son’s doctor and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She is incredibly caring and always takes the time to really listen to my concerns as a parent. You never feel rushed, dismissed, or unheard. Her compassion, patience, and dedication to her patients are so clear in every interaction. She is nothing short of amazing and I am beyond grateful that my son is under her care. I highly recommend her!
