I can't say enough good things about Dr. Florez! She is truly one of the most amazing doctors I’ve ever met. Dr Monica is an amazing doctor! Highly recommend if you want someone who cares
Customer service by phone is bad, they answer, and put you on hold after 3 minutes on hold, they cut off the call. The worst thing is when you make an appointment and you don't show up, they charge you $25 also take a long time to assist you when you have an appointment. I think that customer service should be essential also every time when I call for an appointment for my kid’s pediatrician always a excuse saying no appointments with that doctor and change you to other doctor to see your kid
