Dr. Ortega and all the secretaries are absolutely divine. They always provide speedy service and Dr. Ortega always effectively treats and diagnoses patients. In the 19 years I have been coming here, I have never had an issue. It is always easy to get an appointment and easy to reschedule or cancel if need be (just call!). I love this office, the staff and the doctor!
