Great doctors, great staff and a very clean office. I've bought my children here since birth. My two issues are getting scripts filled after Med Script stopped carrying my children's adhd meds and waiting time to see the doctor. My son at one point went 3 months without his meds (after multiple calls to the office) and my daughter a month. I'm not sure if it's due to their insurance company or what, but it seems as this will be the norm for refills. Also the last visit wasn't as bad as the previous ones. Been coming here for 21 years. However the wait time has gotten longer and longer. Check in and getting a room is done within a reasonable time it’s the wait for Dr or nurse practitioner that is extremely long. When you have kids especially sick ones even well ones being in a small room for over an hour each time makes it difficult for the kids and the parents. Our first few visits were perfectly fine. But the last two scheduled appointments we had for our six month old, we waited an hour and ten minutes past our appointment time to be seen. Sitting in an exam room with an infant in his diaper. The first time I had to go ask if they forgot us, and the group of nurses standing around chatting looked at me as if I was nuts to ask such a thing.
