I am very disappointed with my experience at Pediatric Care Group, P.C.. I have been sent back and forth multiple times just to obtain two referrals and a vaccination chart for my daughter. There has been no clear guidance, poor follow-up, and a lack of responsibility from the office. As a parent, this feels like neglect. These are basic administrative and medical needs, yet I had to repeatedly call and chase information instead of receiving proper support. This caused unnecessary stress and delayed my child’s care. Great group of providers
I really appreciate you guys taking my concerns seriously today and acting quickly and working with me to figure out what's up with my girl.
Honestly i was so dissapointed it was my first time taking my nephew there. And the wait just for the front to check us in because she was on the phone? The other girls in that front were just staring at us blankly but okay that’s fine here where it gets worse. The doctor who check we my nephew used no gloves. Touched his sensitive area right after touching her laptop and didn’t even atleast wash her hands. Next day it was swollen and inflamed. They offered us to come back for them to check it. The office is clean and organized, the appointments run on time, and the nurse practitioner we saw was caring and knowledgable. Great visit!
