This practice isn't what it used to be. In the last 3-4 years, I've never once seen a qualified doctor at the Richboro location—it's always run by nurse practitioners, and even they change constantly. These NPs are quick to refer out for simple issues a real doctor should be able to handle, but with no doctor on-site, what choice do they have? Very happy with PCG. As new patients our first visit was excellent for our kids. Short wait time, easy parking, great hours and excellent communication in and out of office. The doctor we saw did a wonderful job.
The office is always so HOT! I also wish they were a little more tardy with appointment times. I wait at least 35 mins every time. The doctors and pa’s are nice but the front desk girls that I used to love left sadly.
I am very disappointed with my experience at Pediatric Care Group, P.C.. I have been sent back and forth multiple times just to obtain two referrals and a vaccination chart for my daughter. There has been no clear guidance, poor follow-up, and a lack of responsibility from the office. As a parent, this feels like neglect.
