I had a very concerning experience with this healthcare provider. On 09/03/25 at 2:30 PM, I visited the office with my child for an appointment. At the front desk, both staff members informed me that if I declined vaccinations for my child, Dr. Griffin would not see him. The doctor is nice but don't let that fool you! She lied to me. She told me she woulnt have me come in unless required and then the first time i call to discuss next steps she says to come back in. At the end if the day, she lied. Period. The nurses and receptionists will seal the deal for you though, and make you never come back. I had the highest of hopes, even picked my insurance specifically bc I wanted this office, but was MIND BLOWN when the nurses talked to me in the tone and way they have. My son had been seen by Dr Griffin since he was born in 2019. From birth, he wasn’t tolerating breast feeding due to a lip tie and his body was not tolerating formula. I went to the two week appointment with Griffin, and expressed my concerns. She told me that he he’ll get used to it, and to stop worrying because I was a first time parent.
