Office and doctors are great, but it's an absolute scam that they don't validate parking
Pediatric allergist was wonderful. It has stupid HIPPA law prevent us not to be able to see our kid medical bill. Under the HIPPA law, all the teenagers are supposed to have credit card, debit card, bank account in order to pay the bills? I requested the medical bills but I was told I was not able to access the medical bills at all. We just visited and established food allergy care. Something is very very wrong.
I work for UW Medicine and generally trust the care here and want to give back to the education system that provided some of my training by having my children cared for by residents because I too was once a resident. However, I am truly disappointed in this clinic. My child has ADHD and I have to call around every month to find a pharmacy with his medication in stock and then try to get the clinic to refill his meds at whatever pharmacy I find with the meds in stock and then I have to try to speak with a human at the clinic ... read more
