Dr Kollins was very thorough during our appointment. He read previous notes prior to our appointment from another physician, and was very aware of the care we have received in the past and very educated on the care we need moving forward. Scheduling the appointment was very easy, so was the location of the office. We are so pleased with his care and the very nice staff he has on board!
Dr. Kollins and Gwen were so accommodating, informative and so welcoming. Their bedside manner was excellent. They explained every step they were doing and really kept my son and I at ease. Highly recommend this facility.
From the moment we walked in, we had a wonderful experience. The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable right away. Dr. Kollins was exceptional—he took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and was both informative and reassuring throughout the appointment. As a parent, it’s such a relief to have a doctor who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely cares. We left feeling much more at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Kollins and his team!
