She’s very good with my baby
she is very thorough and takes a great deal of time with her patient. sometimes there may be a small wait, but it is always because shes taking care of people the way a doctor shoud
My daughter was showing several clinical symptoms of a rare disease that affects the heart. We scheduled a month out with Dr. Kanani, but after she saw my daughter’s symptoms she got her scheduled right away for an echocardiogram and EKG. She and her nurse stayed in the office for an hour after their typical close time for our appt. My daughter has major anxiety with Dr offices, but both Dr. Kanani and her nurse took their time to put her at ease. We just left this office and they have a very sweet team! When we arrived I unfortunately did not have a physical copy of the referral and my child’s PCP hadn’t faxed it. Long story short, the tech explained the situation to the doctor and they were quick to reach out to my child’s PCP & get it figured out for us to do it right there and there instead of rescheduling. Really grateful! Great team.
