Amazing staff. Great doc. This is the office you would expect in a small town in the country. Highly recommended.
We were 13 minutes late to our appointment. I made our apologies, as we had 2 toddlers and a newborn to get out of the house. Because we were late, our appointment had to be rescheduled. I was surprised because at all of my other doctors, the rule is 15 minutes grace. I inquired about the grace period for this office to find out if there was one and got no clear answer. If you want a POTS diagnosis, or are struggling with dysautonomia, turn and run the other way. I have never felt so invalidated after a doctors appointment.
