Within the last 15 months I have been taken to the ER twice and had two major surgeries that saved my life. I am so thankful for everyone in this institution as I was treated very very well. Thank you so much for all that you do everyday. It can’t be easy to do the work you all do. God bless you all!
The billing department is the worse
Absolute horrid experience!!! Lack of cleanliness, proper hygiene resource, and cold hard food! Rude, controlling and stressed staff!! I’m referring to those who work on the emergency room floor. I did not deserve the experience I received. I want to thank the few who did help me but weren’t able to once their shift was changed. & I’m expected to pay for being treated like a caged animal. Milford location is much better.
