Dr. Douglas has been seeing my daughter over 5 years on an annual basis. He initially saw her several month after she was born because of a hole in her heart. She later developed a viral infection that caused fluid to build up around her heart as well. After several trips to Jackson and a battery of test for lupus among other things some painful to her and me as well because I had to watch. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Douglas. He has a sweet disposition and an honesty that you can trust. We brought our 2 month old son (now 5 yrs old) to him after getting a less-than-optimistic diagnosis. He was honest that it could be serious, but he felt it was going to be ok. He was right. I appreciate that he does his own Echocardiograms, his own EKG's, etc. No techs. The staff is wonderful. I even brought my new daughter to an appt of my son's and he listening to her heart as well to ease my fears that s... read more
