the doctors are nice and respectful but the nurses are rude and disrespectful
This office has VERY nice staff, but that is the only positive thing I can say. The exam rooms are small and not very clean/upkept. It took almost a month of repeated calls and follow ups to get a referral done correctly Took almost the same amount of time for them to correctly note her patient records with her insurance because every time we called - they said we don’t have any (which we do). Definitely I don’t recommend this place
Requested my son‘s shot records as he is transferring to Maryland and needs to start school next week. I was informed that they will not release his shot records until he has a check up appointment. He is up-to-date on all of his shots and had a physical before the school year and yet they will not release the shot records. I signed a medical release and that itself will take up to almost 30 days, if not more, to be transferred. I called at 12pm to make a sick appointment and after giving them my information and having been a patient previously they said I could come at 3:30 and to call when I got there to check in. I called when I got there and they asked me more questions and verified my info and told me that they would call me within a few minutes to let me know what room to go to. 10 minutes later I get a phone call saying that I have not been in 3 years which makes me a new patient and since I am over 18 (barley) they have to cancel my appointm... read more
