Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Somewhat, they should have been more polite Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
