Don’t waste your time. This practice essentially funnels patients into the “Healthy Steps” program, a behavioral and parenting-support service, not medical care. When I raised legitimate medical concerns about my 3-month-old, they were dismissed and reframed as behavioral issues, and I was directed to Healthy Steps instead of receiving a medical evaluation. No provider followed up with me directly. After switching pediatricians, the issue was promptly and properly treated.

I took my child to a behavioral appointment. I arrived 10 minutes late and Dr. Flesher refused to see her. I wasted time and money. Like she is never late seeing her patients. To say I am frustrated and angry is an understatement. I rate this office a zero not a 1

All I have to say is before a pediatrician makes rash judgments and puts down a parent in a child’s notes based off what they do or don’t see in a 5 minute visit, spend a week in the home with the parent first to see what happens on a day to day basis. You’re not in the home. You don’t know what this parent does every day. How dare you judge and put down a parent who, as her family and friends can see, does everything a mother should do for her child, and then she has to read from you how sorry she is. Do better!!

This is the best pediatrics office! I had to bring my nephew about a year ago and my niece today and each time they’ve been so kind and compassionate. The appointments are always quick and easy.

My kids have all been going to this drs office since my oldest son (almost 20) was a baby the office was originally behind ingles in powdersville. Everyone has always been super good to us and taken care of all 4 of my kiddos since birth. We used to see Dr Wilson but he retired which was a bummer for my kiddos they loved him. They now see Mary Lynn who is also good. Never had a bad experience honestly.
