All of my kids have been seen by the providers and staff for years at the Latrobe office. They have always been excellent in addressing any health concerns that arise, answering questions and guiding us toward next steps for treatment when necessary. I recently requested my child’s medical records due to our family relocating and transitioning care to a pediatric provider closer to our new home. While I understand that there are legal timeframes involved in the release of medical records, my initial interaction with the Latrobe office was disappointing.
