The staff are friendly and amazing, and we never have any trouble getting assistance from the on-call team when an issue arises.
I've thought very hard before posting this review as some people just have bad days. However, after reading numerous other reviews on this same matter, I thought I'd share my experience from today in hopes it will reach someone who cares how this practice is viewed and run. I want to start by saying I love all of the doctors my children have seen in their 15 years as a patient, but today was unacceptable. I found the front desk person a little rude. It was my first time going to this office. I had to leave work early, get my kid, passed the office, which ultimately made me late. When my husband called to make the appointment, the receptionist, upon learning we were close by assumed we should be able to make it in 6 minutes, obviously that wasn’t the case.
