Dr. are great but always over crowed and long wait to see Dr's.
I didn't think either of the previous reviews were very helpful, so I decided to write my own. First of all, every single doctor I've ever seen with any of my three children were amazing. I've never been so satisfied with a pediatrician. My children were treated like living breathing beings instead of a number or source of income. That having been said, I'm not super thrilled with some of the front desk staff either. Horrible – This facility they have running is horrible! The doctors are fine its the WHOLE front desk staff! All the girls are rude! Kathy wont EVER answer the phone, your always sent to voicemail and don't think if you call that morning and leave a message that she will return your call! You have to leave another message the next day for her to return your call probably by the third day! Its like pulling teeth dealing with ANY of these girls here! I am extremely dissappointed by their lack of professionalism and carelessnes... read more
