One star on the call/phone system this office has. They have a automated call answering service that tells you what caller number you are and what's the estimated waiting time to speak to a rep. Ok, well I called twice and waited 14 min. each time; when I finally was the "first call" (we don't even get to be customers anymore, we're now just numbers) a voice meesage came to say: "sorry, (something that I couldn't understand) call again". If i could rate it 0 stars i would. My daughter had a flat head they told me to wait for her to get older i took her a few times after that to only be told after that she was already a bit old and overdue for her helmet. I also got 2 appointments canceled only 1 hour before the appointment making my daughter not be able to get her 6 months shots. She is now extrememly overdue on her shots!
They cancelled to many appointments! And they where not always open. So if there was any emergency you would have to go somewhere else. It's a pretty place very clean but unprofessional!
