I called to make an appointment, spoke to a lady and she asked what insurance I have , I said Aetna and all she said is we don't take that insurance and hung up on me... Its listed on the insurance that they take on their website... Very disappointing.
The front desk girls are AMAZING at the mech location. Absolutely love my kids ped Dr. Turse and can usually get in when I call for sick appointments. The only downside I have is that you can’t call to schedule a sick appointment for a different day. Like how am I ever suppose to see the same doctor? Is that not a thing anymore where you find a Dr you like and stick with them? Also just to add I recently saw Dr. Conley I believe her name was for a sick visit with my daughter and she was AWFUL!! We are first time parents and we now take our brand new baby here. Very happy with Dr Grabill and the practice as a whole.
They have been taking great care of our 14 month old with all the checkups and vaccinations. Very friendly staff. Thank you.
