We have had a wonderful experience with all the doctors in this practice. They listen, are wonderful with my son, and explain everything throughly. The front staff is wonderful too.
I am extremely disappointed with our experience with Dr. Gorvy during our newborn daughter’s visit. From the moment he walked into the room, the interaction felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. During the appointment, I noticed he repeatedly wiped his nose with his hands and a napkin throughout the visit. He also examined my newborn without wearing gloves, including when demonstrating how to properly clean her private area. When I first found this practice, I was expecting to find a long-term pediatrician for my baby. I was wrong. First, you canceled my baby’s 1-month appointment without any explanation. I only received a voicemail asking me to reschedule. Then, when we came in for our appointment, yes, we were a little late—but not 30 minutes late.
