When I first found this practice, I was expecting to find a long-term pediatrician for my baby. I was wrong. First, you canceled my baby’s 1-month appointment without any explanation. I only received a voicemail asking me to reschedule. Then, when we came in for our appointment, yes, we were a little late—but not 30 minutes late. I'm so thankful for PANA and all the wonderful staff, nurses and doctors! I have always felt heard, supported and encouraged when bringing my children in for their well visits/sick visits.
Dr. Gorvy is an incredible doctor, his bedside manner is outstanding and I couldn’t ask for a better pediatrician for my children.
Dr. Zager saved my son's life!!!!!! She immediately recognized the problem, didn't brush me off as a over worried parent, did all the test immediately and continued to follow-up/follow along with us during my son's health crisis. There are not enough words to express how grateful I am for her and her care. The staff is kind, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Gorvy is knowledgeable, thorough and patient with teenagers.
