I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Christine Stern. My child was coughing and vomiting in the morning, and after waiting for half an hour, Dr. Stern finally saw us. She only listened to my child’s lungs and said everything was fine. She didn’t check blood oxygen, temperature, or even his throat, and just recommended saline. After we left the clinic, my child’s cough worsened, and he developed a fever. It felt like a completely pointless visit and a waste of time. They could definitely benefit from some updates to their technology and offices, but the doctors have been excellent and we've never had issues with scheduling or wait times.
Dr. Shi has been a gift to my daughter and family. She is understanding, patient, kind, friendly, on time, informative, non-judgmental, and explains everything so you know next steps as parents. I couldn't say better things about her. A fabulous doctor! Every parent hopes to find a doctor like her for their child and we are so thankful for her support and guidance with our daughter.
