They used to be wonderful but ever since they became affiliated with NYU Langone - NIGHTMARE. No one answers the phone, no one returns emails, the staff is shockingly rude and abrasive. My son waited over 2.5 hours for a scheduled annual exam until we just left, we found a different practice. Don't bother here.
My son has been a patient of this place since 2013. The place changed. it used to be efficient and helpful. not any more. Recently I had an extremely unpleasant experience while try to get a form filled for my son, and the office staff and manager is not helpful at all. the whole process shows that the office is ill organized, lack of empathy, and no sense of professional responsibility.
