I visited this clinic for my daughter. Despite sending her complete medical records weeks in advance, the doctor apparently did not review them, resulting in my daughter receiving an unnecessary vaccine. When I requested an itemized statement for the payment I made, I discovered a crucial vaccine my daughter was supposed to receive was missing.
