Dr Allardice and her team are amazing! She takes ample time with us to make sure all questions or concerns are addressed. We have been going to see her since we moved to the area in 2018.
Doctor and staff are kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They have treated me and my children with respect. They always ask consent for exams and or tests. They explain at an age appropriate level for all.
Waited 2 hours to be seen because the Dr we requested only wants to see newborns and my son is a teenager but she has always been his pediatrician, would not recommend unless you have newborns.
Great with my special needs kids.
I do NOT recommend this office any longer. They contradict themselves on the phone vs in person (on phone told me no charge for vaccine record, in person charged me $10 for the copy) while also talking about me to the other receptionist and how she was going to give me a bunch of small bills as change. They also don't return phone calls when you have billing questions and charge $200-$300 PER vaccine plus another $38-$88 to administer those vaccines.
