This place is worst from front desk to doctors are rude to kids. I just don’t get it why there are pediatric when they cannot be nice to kids. They expect 3year old to sit quietly lol.
The nurses and receptionists aren’t nice and have always been pretty rough with your kids when giving shots. Don’t take your kids here if you don’t want them to develop high medical and needle anxiety.
Love this office! Staff is friendly, inviting, patient and kind. Even let my daughter feed the fish. They have toys in the waiting room so your kid can be entertained while you fill out paperwork. Dr.Wu is always has availability for my daughter, which is nice getting to see the same Pediatrician everytime. She takes her time and doesn't leave me with questions. Their office is open on a weekend day and later then most offices in the area. Advice nurses get back to you in a reasonable time. This office is a keeper for sure!
My daughter has seen two of the doctors here and both were very kind and good about two-way communication. They allow you to ask questions and provide informative answers. I marked down a star because, with each of our visits, the front desk ladies seem less than enthused to be there.
Great service And attention to detail, they got me in same day as a new patient when I called to see if they did urgent care due to an accident, they set up a new patient appointment to get established. We did not have a PCP set up yet but they were awesome about it. Reception processed my insurance quickly and let me know before the appointment whether I had a deductible to pay.
