AMAZING PHYSICIAN GROUP This Physician group is AMAZING!! Both of my children (one has special needs) go to this practice and are seen by Dr. Darkwa and Dr. Youra. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the nurses, to the Physicians is very courteous and very knowledgeable. They always do what is best for my children and always follow-up with us if a lab or radiology report comes back with abnormal findings, even if it is a weekend. I would HIGHLY recommend this pediatric group to anyone looking for an excellent Pediatrician... read more
Great doctor's office Pediatric Associates has been our primary doctor's office for the kids for years. We have seen all of the doctors at different times and were happy every time. The staff is always helpful and professional. We have kids who are active in sports and prone to injury and they have been great every visit. The Good Sam complex is the perfect place to be.
Dr. Darkwa If you take your child to this doctor, make sure that they have no bruises. My child had a few small bruises on her caused by her 2 yr. old brother and I was told I had to take her to the hospital. I was extremely humiliated and was told at the hospital that they could not belive that I was sent there for this. All the nurses, doctors and a social worker I spoke with said that there was not even a question in their minds that this was caused by anything other than an accident. We switched to this office due to several areas of dissatisfaction with another office. After only 2 visits with them, we are beyond satisfied. The office staff are wonderful as well as the doctor that we have seen so far. Would recommend this office.

I will never take my children to this place again. We heard great things about the docs, however after 6 visits we saw a doc once. The rest of the time we had to deal with an opinionated and unfriendly staff. The docs may be great, but in my experience the staff are the people that truly make a doctors office function and set the tone for how things work, that said, I would not take our dog back to this place. If the people here hate their jobs so much they should move into a different line of work and save the people that g... read more
