They are extremely slow. Every appointment takes over an hour and a half just waiting in the waiting room. Plan for a 2 hour visit at minimum
Dr. Nettles is truly the best. So grateful for her 🙏🫶
Dr Nettles and Dr Benes have seen and taken excellent care of my kids now multiple times. The head nurse Misty has also triaged us several times. The staff are all very friendly, the facility is clean and organized and in my opinion, the doctors here are the best pediatricians in Auburn.
We have been seeing Dr. Benes for 4 years (since we moved to Auburn). I can't say enough great things about her. She is alway thorough, never makes you feel rushed and always has the kids best interest at heart! AMAZING!!!
We have been going here for almost 13 years or longer. We love Dr. Benes however im never picky on which dr we see. They have always been great with same day sick appointments or just getting a regular apt. The front desk is always nice. Never had a bad experience
