This is my first time here because I was recommended due to its “high reputation”. I have been using Pediatric Associates since the day my son was born over 8 years ago. His doctor is really great and she is worth the wait (because you will sit there and wait for a ridiculous amount of time). Over time this place has become a nightmare to deal with. There is no compassion & no customer service values here. Administratively speaking, they are a hot mess. I've received better treatment & faster service at the DMV.
