Avoid this place. The doctors are nice, but the billing department feels like a complete scam. We are on self-pay, and after almost every visit the billing codes somehow change and additional invoices are sent. At first you assume it might be a simple mistake, but this has happened during three out of our four visits. When we went back to the front desk, they even confirmed that the charges were incorrect, yet they said they could not adjust the bill themselves. Dr Peters is amazing very attentive, appointments are easy to make, and the staff is very polite and understanding.
Horrible follow up. I have to call every month to refill my daughters prescription and the doctor never refills it. I request in advance when she is running low via portal and call center and they always promise that it will be taken care of today and that’s a lie because they never submit for the refill. I am sick and tired of this place , every time my daughter and I go we are always waiting over an hour to be seen by the doctor for a 5 minute appointment and her prescriptions are never sent.
